We are one of the few companies in Europe with the capability to provide hardfacing repairs to GFM tools and press tools. These tools often undergo extreme stress due to the high pressures and harsh conditions they face during their working lives. Our hardfacing services restore these tools to optimal condition, extending their useful life and saving our clients significant costs on replacements.
In addition to hardfacing using our own wires we cn work with your free-issue materials, typically Udimet 520. This service allows our clients to supply the material of their choice while we apply our expert welding techniques. Our TIG welders are highly skilled in working with free-issue materials, ensuring high-quality, precise welds that meet your specific requirements.
