Bespoke Gate Design Using Advanced CAD
Our in-house design engineers produced a full CAD design and 3D modelling service, developing the gate’s geometric pattern and scrollwork detailing to exact proportions before any metal was cut. Working from the client’s brief, we refined the design until every element of the pattern, border, and frame was right.

CNC Plasma-Cut Decorative Panels
The intricate centre medallions, geometric lattice, and scrollwork border were all produced using our CNC plasma cutting capability, allowing us to cut complex, repeatable detail with clean edges and tight tolerances — detail that would be impossible to achieve by hand.

Steel Fabrication & Welding in Sheffield
With the panels cut, our steel fabrication and welding team in Sheffield assembled the gate in our fully equipped workshop — building the frame, fitting the decorative panels, and fully welding the structure for strength and longevity.

Finishing & On-Site Installation
The completed gate was finished in black with contrasting gold detailing, picking out the geometric medallions and border for real visual impact. We then installed the gate on site, hung between the client’s brick gateposts and aligned for smooth, reliable operation.
